Prior to joining AMC Network in 2003, Rose held operational positions in several Bay Area hotels including the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, the Mark Hopkins Inter*Continental, the Hotel Griffon and the Sebastopol Inn. 

Rose's attention to detail and her graphic design expertise allows her to handle registration logistics and web design flawlessly. 

As Assistant Front Office Manager and later Guest Relations Manager at the Mark Hopkins, Rose handled all aspects of the Frequent Traveler Program and guest services in general. Her ability to handle multiple situations through attention to detail and workmanship with other departments was key to a successful outcome.  As General Manager of Hotel Griffon, a 62 room boutique property, Rose continued to apply her background in guest services towards developing & implementing systems and programs while working hand in hand with Sales, Food & Beverage, and Rooms Departments.

Rose earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.  She is currently an active member of the Rotary Club of Sebastopol Sunrise where she co-chairs one of the club’s premier fundraising event “Guys Can Cook Too”.
